Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Client Manager, Consumer based either in Dublin or London who will be responsible for completing the activation of private client profile registrations, remaining compliant at all times within regulatory guidelines and support our European growth. The Junior Client Manager, Consumer will provide an exceptional level of service to OFX customers by identifying foreign exchange solutions to fit their needs, booking deals with accuracy, and following up with clients diligently to meet individual and group conversion targets.
What you'll do
- Deliver unparalleled customer service at all times, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers
- Promote customer conversions by selling the benefits of OFX service compared to that of its competitors based on customer needs
- Understand and disseminate information relating to currency fluctuations and financial markets
- Be responsible for a customer's journey from registration to the time of booking their first international payment - following up by phone or email as required
- Complete KYC questioning on new clients up to a set value and following up in a timely manner
- Manage high call and email volumes whilst delivering outcomes within restrictive timeframes
- Accurately and comprehensively record all information obtained on phone calls
- Quote prices, manage/set client margins and accurately book international transfers
- Collaborate with other departments including Partnerships, Settlements and Compliance
- Provide support to the rest of the Private Desk when required
- Comply with all AML and Compliance regulations at all times
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 1-2 years experience working with customers/clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound numerical skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in FX/banking/finance sector is an advantage
- Proven experience selling a service is an advantage
