The role

We are currently looking for a Junior Business Change Manager to support the business change team in rolling out new technologies and experiences to ITV colleagues.

The role will entail but not be limited to:

  • Change Management Support - Support the delivery and implementation of business change activities such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, end-user support and BAU transition across the Group Technology portfolio of work.
  • User centred design - Ensure the delivery, including planning and deployment of change considers all areas of ITV and reflects a user centric ethos.
  • Data analysis - Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communications and Engagement - Develop and deliver communications plans and comms materials for projects that are user centric and promote awareness, understanding and adoption. Support in the delivery of engagement activities across Group Technology.
  • Stakeholder Management - Support in understanding and managing stakeholders' requirements to ensure colleague satisfaction with Group Tech projects.
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with internal communications teams to successfully land key change messages and ensure project communications are aligned to Internal Communications guidelines and broader ITV communications plans.
  • Work with other Group Technology teams eg. Platforms, Workplace Technology, Cyber, PMO to understand any interdependencies between projects.
  • Be an active member of the business change team and contribute to building an inclusive, collaborative and transparent team culture.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Proven knowledge/ experience with Technology & Digital capabilities to deliver business change successfully
  • Experience of applying different change approaches to projects and programmes of work
  • Experience in agile approaches and user centred design
  • Ability to identify obstacles, opportunities and issues involved in business change, and to plan and execute activities to address these
  • Understanding of ADKAR change methodology
  • Experience engaging with users and senior stakeholders stakeholders
