Your part in it:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be a key support to the Head of Account Management in this client-facing role. You will be a key point of contact for our clients and your main purpose is to ensure client satisfaction at all times, though clear and timely communication whilst liaising with other internal teams as necessary to resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities:
• Account Management for key client accounts
o Regular client calls/meetings
o Proposal writing and quotation preparation
o Client presentations such as review meetings
o Resolution of any customer issues
• Whilst Spica is a UK based company, we have global clients across all time zones so flexibility to work out of hours is a requirement
• Preserving a positive overall client relationship at all times
• Ability to look for up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and alert the Head of Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external teams ensuring customer excellence
• Input into future direction of our product/service capabilities, based on client feedback and future requirements

Experience & Qualifications required:
• Proven experience driving B2B account management is an advantage
• Consultative approach, and ability to establish rapport with different types and seniority of client contacts
• Confident to participate and at times lead discussions in virtual/ face to face client meetings
• Has a genuine passion for technology
• Self-starter and naturally autonomous
• Time management / prioritisation and delegation skills
• Degree qualified/ equivalent vocational relevant qualification
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent business communication skills
