Are you interested in financial markets and enjoy building long term relationships? This could be the role for you! You will focus on the following:
• Provide trade and administrative support to our global retail, corporate and institutional clients across phone, email, and web chat. Covering OTC Derivatives, RealStock and Investment products.
• Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities.
• Gain a strong understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and macroeconomic events.
• Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations.
• Providing an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training).
• Answering queries and cross-selling our products and platforms.
• Running daily morning market calls.
• Resolving trade disputes.
Requirements
If you're genuinely interested in financial markets, comfortable working with numbers, have an outgoing personality who can put clients at ease, we can offer a great career path. Additionally you should bring:
• A degree-level education (any subject); and / or relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a customer-facing role. A sales background would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Confident to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
• Strong team player and time management skills
• Literacy in Google docs/ MS Office
• Can manage administrative aspects eg client contact records
