Junior Account Manager (Graduates considered)

As our new Account Manager on our MAB account, you'll play a pivotal role within the ITG team, responsible for ensuring impeccable client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation, project management, and team support. Partnering with our esteemed hospitality client, you'll lead diverse projects encompassing print production, fulfilment, and delivery, with a primary goal of enhancing our operational efficiency.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving improvements to our working methods, alongside supporting the Account Director in achieving financial targets, maintaining commercial standards, and maximising benefits for our client. With a focus on litho and digital print buying, we rely on your knowledge to serve our client effectively, backed by the support of our Production team based at ITG's headquarters, enabling you to prioritise delivering top-notch customer service.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you'll excel in administrative tasks such as invoicing, work-in-progress tracking, briefing, and supplier management. Your ability to seamlessly integrate into the client's marketing team while delivering excellence as an Account Manager is paramount to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer service is at the forefront of all activities, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Validate client-supplied information to ensure briefing accuracy, utilising our technology or offline spreadsheets.
  • Attend and lead both client and internal project meetings.
  • Oversee client and supplier critical path management.
  • Manage print on demand solutions, RFQs, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Manage key stock management tasks on a daily, weekly & monthly basis with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Conduct press passes/QC & pack checks as required at print partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to ensure all admin & housekeeping such as WIP management and month end admin is up to date.
  • Delivering best in class client servicing, and continuously driving improvements to the ways we work.
  • Working closely with our supply chain to ensure projects are on time, on-brand and meet the brief.
  • Leading on end-to-end delivery of key projects - leading and driving critical path adherence
  • Providing regular reporting on account and commercial performance

Requirements

  • You will be service driven, putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while prioritising your workload effectively.
  • You are a team player who is always eager to help others.
  • You'll have demonstrated experience in print manufacturing or managing print projects.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle high workloads.
  • You will think of innovative solutions for your clients and remain calm and confident in challenging situations
  • Be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • You'll be methodical and extremely organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • You are someone who is willing to learn new things and new technology.
  • Additionally, you will have good knowledge of Excel and hold a full driving license.

We are also happy to consider Graduates for this role who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have an interest in the Print Production industry.
