Junior Account Manager
Carbon60 are currently hiring for an ambitious junior account manager to join one our industry-leading electronics manufacturing clients in Basingstoke.

This role will provide on-the-job training from day one providing the successful candidate with all of the necessary skills and experience for a successful career within their industry.

Salary: Up to £28k p/a dependent on experience (With salary review after completion of probation period)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 (40 hours p/w)

Role Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of customer enquiries, requirements and relationships within allocated accounts
• Raising quotations
• Use the company database to maintain customer information - updating where necessary
• Liaise with various departments to ensure that internal and external customer expectations are met
• Cover alternative accounts in the result of absence and to pick up new accounts as the business continues to grow

Required Experience:

• Role would be most suited to an individual with a backround in Electronics Manufacturing, Sales or Purchasing who is looking to progress their career
• IT literate with strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organised with the ability to multitask
• Ability to solve problems in an orderly manner
