An opportunity has risen in Education and Dog Training Department for a Judges Education Manager.

What the role involves:

To lead the team providing excellent customer service to all our canine activity judges, maximising value from our existing customer base and developing judges' education across all canine disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Effective and strong management of a team working in a hybrid way.
• Excellent analytical and precision thinking skills for assessment of complaints to enable informed triaged decisions for the appropriate level of escalation including:
• Confident, objective, patient and resilient to deal with challenging function and challenging audience and conflict management.
• Problem solving and positive approach to challenges.
• Resilience in a demanding and high-volume environment.
• A good knowledge of Kennel Club rules and regulations that apply to judges across all dog activities (or a willingness to learn).
• A good understanding of canine activities (or a willingness to learn).
• Use of a CRM system.
• Account management style customer service.
• Managing a high-volume workload and prioritising within that workload.

We are looking for a Judges Education Manager who has excellent time management and organisational skills are a must to succeed in this role, alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given.
