You'll be part of our Joinery team, collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople, you'll have the opportunity to create stunning panelling, doors, windows and bespoke furniture, all made with a genuine passion for our clients who own luxury homes.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with
- You'll stock control and Manage the joinery stock.
- You'll prepare anticipated cashflow for projects for both divisions for submission to the Head of Commercial Management
- You'll preparation of overhead budgets, joinery yearly gross and net profit forecasting
- you'll assist with monthly valuations, chase up monthly valuations, transfer money
- You'll running monthly P&L reports

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You'll have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, namely Office365 suite and EVO-M
- You'll have administration experience.
- You'll have excellent IT skills and able to demonstrate ability to use multiple systems and software with ease.
- You'll have exceptional customer service skills and able to demonstrate customer service experience.
- You'll be helpful and flexible approach.
- You'll have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
