Your Role

As a Store or Deputy Boutique Manager, you will play a key role representing our Maisons, building and maintaining our boutiques reputation by exceeding client expectations but also maximizing sales opportunities to reach budgets.You will embrace new retail services while maintaining excellent operations standards. Last but not least, you will be responsible to foster team spirit and to oversee the team members to both exceed targets and achieve boutique KPIs.
