In CDS IT, we are recruiting for an ITSM Tooling Manager on a permanent and full-time basis, to work in the Digital Service Operations Team to support the service in delivering project/operational business, cultural and behavioural ITSM change across the corporate organisations to successfully embed new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for managing the ServiceNow ITSM Service Management platform, facilitating beneficial IT technical changes with minimal disruption to business operations. This encompasses a range of critical activities: Ownership of ITSM Toolset strategy, governance, implementation and ongoing configuration. Lead ongoing development of ITSM customer portal, to become the defacto home for all ICT information and customer interaction.
What We are looking for:
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and suppliers.
A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiar with IT industry standards, ITIL, ISO IEC etc and the principles embedded within them.
Experience in developing and maintaining an ITSM ServiceNow platform.
Management of ICT Service Providers in a multi sourced environment.
Ability to manage a portfolio of change from collection of requirements, prioritisation, implementation planning and implementation within the ITSM Toolset.
Demonstratable experience managing platform upgrades and security patching including strong testing capability and defect management
Developing a customer orientated ITSM Portal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
The role is Full time 36 hours, Permanent, with flexible & hybrid working.
