The Role

IT Technical Manager up to £43,000 per annum plus bonus

The position is based at our offices in Uxbridge and hybrid working is available.

APCOA are recruiting for a Technical Manager to work alongside the IT Manager to provide technical assistance for a range of projects. The role offers the opportunity to lead technical projects within the IT function at APCOA Parking.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work across the UK and Ireland team to ensure IT project deliverables are understood and timeframes are adhered to.
• Being hands-on as well as working with team members around you to deliver project goals.
• Managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure targets are met.
• Provide dynamic project management and leadership to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
• You will be responsible for the implementation of customised systems.
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams including documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of company deployment methodology.
• Monitor and report on progress against agreed objectives, ensuring that issues of concern are raised in a timely manner and solutions proposed.
• Maintain relationships with key functions in all areas of the company to ensure consistent approach to the delivery of quality products and IT solutions.

• Can demonstrable a track record of managing and coaching teams of variable technical expertise with excellent organisation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Technical Skills required:

• AD Administration: Users/Groups, Group Policies, DNS.
• Project Tools: MS Project & Visio, MS Office.
• Citrix Administration, Windows Server 2012 - 2022, Office365 Administration

Technical Skills desired:

• Prince2, MCP, SyncBack Pro, Azure, SQL Administration, IIS, MS Powershell
