The Opportunity:
Clarion is entering an exciting phase in its evolution as we're transforming towards digital- and customer-first, to enable us to deliver excellent customer outcomes that future-proof our business. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to manage the delivery of multiple projects and product development initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of digital projects from initiation to completion. As part of the Transformation team, this role not only requires a strong understanding of technical project management methodologies, but also ability to the ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams and alter their communication style as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the DXP (Digital Experience Platform) project, overseeing the build and migration of existing websites, with future migrations planned for additional sites
- Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring we deliver the benefits we set out to realise
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams (BA, developers, IT, QA, UX/UI) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Content, Editorial, Marketing) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with external vendors to oversee project build, proactively mitigate risks in flight working with teams to bring timeline/budget/scope back on track, ensure successful handover for internal team delivery once live
- Break down technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with the transformation team to plan and execute training and adoption strategies for successful project rollout.
- Coordinate and guide multiple technical teams working on different transformation tracks and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders across the whole business.
- Work hand in hand with product and transformation teams to define and articulate benefit for the business and its stakeholders/end users.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards for all digital projects.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
- Proven experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project, Optimizely etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and manage cross-functional teams to meet project tasks and deliverables.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality results.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- An understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Ability to handle simple technical tasks such as scripting, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
