About the role:

We are a dynamic, fast-paced IT team seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft platform projects. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering technology, data, process, and organisational changes in alignment with business objectives. Leveraging a hybrid agile/waterfall approach, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This role is based in our Northampton office with hybrid working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape, mobilise, plan, and lead projects following Sage PMO standards.
• Create high-quality project startup documents, outlining scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, and governance structure.
• Partner with stakeholders to track and measure business case realization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage key project risks and issues.
• Produce comprehensive project status updates and other reports requested by the IT Delivery Manager or PMO.
• Plan and execute projects effectively, adhering to agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with business teams to drive change and build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and manage budgets, track finances, and monitor project spend.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the IT Delivery Team's processes and ways of working.

About you

• Extensive experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Contact Centre, and Field Service) implementations.
• Demonstrable track record of project delivery in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Strong facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Broad vendor selection and management expertise.
• Knowledge and experience with widely used Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of software development and business analysis methodologies and practices.
• Full lifecycle experience delivering complex projects using agile and waterfall techniques.
• Demonstrable success in driving change management across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, DevOps, and MS Project (or similar).

Certifications (Desirable):

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
