We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT & Digital team.
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

As an IT Project Manager, you will be pivotal in our mission to drive digital adoption across our branch and customer networks. You will deliver key digital initiatives with pace, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, processes, and governance, thus enhancing business performance.

As part of the role you will be developing project plans, managing budgets, and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project outcomes meet standards. The role will involve setting project goals, assigning tasks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and building a strong team.

Additionally, the IT Project Manager is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining project documentation, and overseeing procurement and vendor relationships as necessary.

IT Project Manager - Experience & Attributes:
• Proven track record of project delivery using a project methodology and lifecycle, particularly in a digital/omnichannel environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing risk and appropriate escalation.
• Confidence in collaborating and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good business and commercial acumen.
