IT Manager - Application/Infrastructure

We are looking for an energetic IT Manager for our Corporate office who will be assisting with Infrastructure, Network, Projects, etc.
The role will supports the day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure across the Data Centre, corporate offices and hotel properties in UK & Europe, ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT systems while partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to support operational needs, standardisation and ongoing improvements.
Additionally, the IT Manager - will work with wider IT Team, vendors, consultants, operations departments, and guests to ensure satisfaction of all users and an efficient and positive work environment.
Responsibilities for IT Manager:
- To work with and support business stakeholders to manage and plan IT infrastructure requirements, for current and future. Collect and record any upgrade, updates, replacements or refreshments that are required by the stakeholders. Support the feasibility studies
- To support LAN, WAN, WLAN (wireless) and VPN environments across multi-site deployments, including core services such as DNS and DHCP as applicable.
- Office Hours however some evening, night and weekend work will occasionally be required along with 'on call / call out' responsibilities in emergency situations
- To have excellent numeric, literacy and keyboard skills
- To keep abreast of latest technological trends and provide feedback to Director of IT on trend movement to formulate appropriate road maps and group-wide strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows environment servers and stations, Active Directory, Switching & Firewalls, Telephony & mobile
- To support in refurbishment and in arranging resources and/or being directly involved in the pre-opening tasks
