About The Role

You will be responsible for leading the IT team, covering responsibility for Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Business Applications, and Helpdesk functions across the entire organisation, including PLC, Retail and entities abroad.

You will be responsible for creating and driving the IT Strategy to support the business's goals.

This role manages BrewDog's IT and computer systems on a day-to-day operational basis. In addition, you will oversee the project management of any IT-specific project deliveries.

EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrable experience working within an FMCG business or similar

- Extensive O365 experience

- Extensive SAP ERP experience

- Extensive Cyber Security - ISO27001/Cyber Essentials

- Extensive Networking experience

- Extensive experience in developing a high-performing team from recruitment to investing in their capability, motivation, and support
- Extensive experience in managing annual IT budgets, ensuring budgets are adhered to and providing value for money for the services taken.

KNOWLEDGE

-Detailed understanding of Microsoft O365

- Detailed SAP ERP - B1 preferable

- Advanced Cyber Security - ISO27001/Cyber Essentials and similar frameworks

- Detailed Networking knowledge encompassing Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and Switches.
- Detailed Cloud implementation knowledge

SKILLS

- Highly developed People Management skills

- Highly developed Budgeting skills

- Highly developed Vendor Management

QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIFIC TRAINING

- ITIL v4 certification

- Prince 2 certification or similar
