What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to clients.
- Technical Confidence: Strong background in IT support with a proven track record of solving challenging technical issues.
- Enthusiastic Personality: A positive and energetic approach to work and client interactions.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable and adept at engaging with senior or difficult personalities, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing on-site projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless execution.
Duties will include but are not limited to -
- Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT systems on-site on a regular basis.
- Engage directly with senior and high-profile clients, addressing complex issues with professionalism and ease.
- Deliver on-site project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities to upsell technical solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
Mandatory Skills - At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in:
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience required
- Configure and implement cyber essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory)
- Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory)
- Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, AP's, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLAN's)
- Ability to pro-actively support and collaborate with service providers and team members
- Follow industry best practices processes.
- Windows server 2016, 2019, 2022 (Group Policies, Security Policies etc)
- Azure administration and implementations
- Good understanding and knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac
- Familiar with different client builds/imaging
- Strong customer support with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to problem solve independently.
