IT & Digital Platform Manager

The role holder will act as a champion for each Platform, ensuring its availability, performance, scalability, and security meet the current and future needs of the business.

The role holder will focus on the short to medium term strategy of each platform, working with both the business and suppliers to build a roadmap that supports the needs of Cornerstone.

They will also work closely with business stakeholders and platform providers to ensure ongoing adoption and identification of new features and enhancements that deliver value to Cornerstone.

The role will also have responsibility for overseeing the commercial deliverables of each vendor to ensure they are in line with their contracted obligations. Working with Procurement and the various vendors to address any concerns or deviations.

IT Product/Service management experience:
Required:

•conflict resolution and strong interpersonal skills
•good communication and presentation skills
•experience in matrix resource management and service delivery.
•Previous finance control and commercial negotiation experience

Desired:
Previous experience of telecoms industry.

Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)
Required:
A Levels or equivalent
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation

Desired:
Degree in computing or similar
