As a Lidl IT Business Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for supporting Logistics solutions. From new rollouts to implementations, you'll be an essential point of contact for IT tickets and projects regarding IT Logistics. You'll be a great communicator, adept at creating successful and lasting relationships with our Regional counterparts.

What you'll do
- Lead projects at both national and international level and co-ordinate task with various stakeholders
- Manage Logistics solutions and applications throughout their lifecycle from conception through to retirement
- Collaborate with business departments on potential new solutions and improvements to existing applications
- Ensure the stability, security and quality of provided solutions
- Provide solutions to the business in a cost-efficient way whilst maintaining security, functionality and time-to-market
- Ensure solution investments and costs are accurately planned in accordance with the annual planning process
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the technical infrastructure as well as components/ platforms in use
- Provide support and incident management for applicable solutions
- Provide out of hours support for relevant applications and projects
What you'll need
- Experience of project and stakeholder management is essential
- SQL knowledge/ inquisitive mindset is essential
- Incident management experience is essential
- Knowledge of requirement gathering essential
- Comfortable multitasking a diverse portfolio of projects and tasks essential
- Working knowledge of logistics solutions and applications, comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and operations is desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate at both a technical and non-technical level
- A strong team mentality and good collaboration ethos
- Strong ownership of tasks and a keen eye for detail
- Proactive in keeping up to date with the latest technologies
- Occasional travel to distribution centres within GB and European countries required
- An understanding of application security and governance practices is highly beneficial
