IT Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager

IT Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager, you will have responsibility for a defined set of governance and reporting services within our Tech Division. The successful individual will be a completer/finisher, quality and process focussed, with excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, capable of working under minimal supervision and able to prioritise to strict deadlines.

As an IT Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• Lead the Group Technology Services (GTS) engagement with Internal and External Audit, and provision of Quality Assurance across all key IT controls
• Be responsible for GTS Internal Audits (including Change Control audits), assuring policy and technical and policy compliance at all times
• Maintain all Risk and Audit process, procedures and policy documents and ensuring they're optimised and lead
• Lead the provision of all risk and audit related reporting and support the production of Risk and Audit governance and reporting, ensuring data is accurate and reports are produced to the agreed standards and timeline
• Support with SMCR documents and reporting
• Drive efficiencies within GTS by providing training and understanding of Risk and how it impacts all colleagues

Qualifications

It would be great if you had some of the following skills and experience

• IT Audit experience including managing corrective action plans
• Experience of working in a highly regulated environment, ideally the Financial Services industry
• Understanding of SMCR conduct rules
• Relevant qualification i.e. IIA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, CISA etc.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to constructively challenge where appropriate
• Motivated, self-driven individual, capable of working on own initiative
