IT Account Manager

We are seeking an IT Account Manager to work in our IT services team in Grantham.

What does this role involve?
As part of the account management team, you will own the relationship with our IT services clients, nurturing strong partnerships and ensuring the best quality service is given, whilst aligning them with appropriate solutions and services offered by our company.
Teamwork
As IT Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customised solutions for clients and provide quality project provision.

You will act as a liaison between clients and the support team to address issues promptly.
Client experience
You will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building, owning and maintaining the relationship.

You will understand the client's needs and objectives, providing proactive support and advice, ensuring the relationship is within the framework of our financial goals and quality standards.
Skills and experience

• have excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to communicate with clients
• have general technical acumen and interest in new technologies
