Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ISO Manager to join our team to lead the attainment of new standards and ensure that our current ISO management systems continue to be compliant to ISO standards. As an ISO Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our ISO management systems, conducting internal audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ISO quality management systems.
  • Attain new ISO standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality management practices.
  • Prepare for and manage external audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure process compliance.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  • Communicate quality objectives and performance to senior management.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Support product development and process improvement projects.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in attaining ISO accreditation, assurance, process improvement, continual improvement, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in ISO system management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Track record of attaining new standards for organisations
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff on ISO practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to ISO management.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver quality training programs.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in quality management.
  • Certification in ISO management (preferred).
