We are pleased to be able to highlight an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Programme Manager to join our team either on a 11 month fixed term or a 12-month secondment basis.

The post will be based within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership but uniquely, the postholder will also work with Aberdeenshire and Moray HSCP's to scope and develop a series of business cases to allow for the development of an electronic patient record across Community Nursing and Community AHP Services.

This post will work within a team of Programme Managers and will regularly communicate with colleagues across all of Grampian and third-party suppliers. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate multi-sector partnerships and have experience in leading and delivering complex change processes, as well as competence in understanding and working within a democratic system of governance.

You must be educated to degree level and have considerable experience in leading and completing significant transformation programmes.
