Responsibilities
Our Investment team continues to expand and as a result, we are now seeking an ambitious investment Surveyor / Senior Surveyor or Associate with the potential to take on an increasing amount of responsibility. The successful candidate will provide advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and negotiation of disposals. They will operate independently and take a strong and pro-active role in building upon fee income as well as providing assistance to the Director as necessary.

You will be expected to take a strong and pro-active role in building upon fee income both independently and as part of a team focusing in the South-East Region. The job is to assist the Director in charge providing advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and the negotiation of disposals. Additionally, the candidate will operate independently on investment acquisitions and disposals while focusing on client development.
You will have over two 2 years' experience in the investment or agency markets (there is the potential for a candidate any without direct previous investment experience). The candidate will be a committed team player with a history of delivering results that exceeds clients' expectations and will need to have competent skills in client liaison, negotiation and recommendation. Combined with excellent prioritization and organisationsal skills.
You will be confident, numerate and computer literate having a professional attitude to work and be able to cope with changing priorities. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package you will have a real opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our investment business.

Qualifications
Preferably you will have previous experience (2 years + PQE)
