Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Managers' Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our investment managers can deliver excellent service to a diverse range of clients.
You'll provide high-quality administrative support, help maintain accurate records, and assist with client communications. This is a non-regulated position, focused on administration and organisation, but with opportunities to contribute to client relationship management.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a wide range of administrative services to support the team.
- Keep the office running smoothly, including managing supplies, mail, and equipment.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and care, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Support investment managers by preparing documentation, meeting materials, and client reports.
- Maintain compliance logs and promote a culture of accountability.
- Assist with portfolio administration, valuations, and payments.
- Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient processes.
- Welcome clients warmly when they visit and help create a positive experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance client service.
- Take part in occasional projects, such as gathering Know Your Client (KYC) information.

Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- A Levels or further qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in a similar environment is helpful, but not essential.
- Knowledge of investment operations or the stock market is an advantage.
- Industry qualifications (e.g., Investment Operations Certificate) are welcomed but not required.
