Shift patterns: 06:00AM to 13:30PM & 13:30PM to 21:00PM Monday to Friday (Rotational Shift)
Location: Birmingham

We're now looking for a Inventory First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide all encompassing First Line Leadership in the running of a safe and efficient dedicated operational area
• Working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and leadership best practice for your area of responsibility and direct reports during shift working within OMS framework
• Actively drive the engagement, performance and recognition of direct reports in your area of accountability.
• Contribute to the site health, safety and environmental meetings relevant to your site, ensuring that you action outputs and provide feedback as required
• Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences and monitor the departments accident performance - sharing learning and best practice outputs
• Ensure that you are driving quality safety monitoring processes, standards and compliance
