The Team
The Intranet and Internal Content EMEA (IICE) Team is seeking an Intranet Manager to lead the development of A&M's regional intranet site, with a strong focus on strategic business unit portals. Reporting to the Head of IICE in London, the successful candidate will work closely with the Intranet Coordinator EMEA, Knowledge Management, Marketing, and the Insight Center. This role offers the opportunity to shape A&M's intranet strategy, ensuring it remains a central resource for communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the firm.
How you will contribute
Intranet Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the EMEA intranet to align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Global Intranet Team to understand SharePoint developments and share best practices.
- Manage daily intranet operations, ensuring functionality and an optimized user experience.
- Leverage analytics to monitor intranet performance and implement improvements.
Content Management
- Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of regional intranet content to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Support strategic business units by managing bespoke content and shared information.
- Collaborate with department leaders and the Intranet Coordinator to ensure effective content representation.
- Maintain strong content governance policies and standards.
User Engagement
- Promote the intranet as the central resource for communication and collaboration.
- Gather user feedback to identify and implement improvements.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in intranet management.
- Collaborate with the Global Intranet Team to roll out new features and tools.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and collaboration through the intranet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, including strategy development and content management.
- Proven ability to lead regional projects and adapt to changing technologies.
- Exposure to Communications or Marketing in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and O365 applications.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- English proficiency, with a second language being advantageous.
