Job description

As Traffic Manager, you'll assist the Head of Studio Operations in refining Creative Studio processes and workflow to enhance efficiency while maintaining the creative integrity and quality of the brand output. If you are self-motivated, continuously seeking improvement, and comfortable with ambiguity coupled with your ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt swiftly to changing focuses will be key to your success. What you will be doing

  • Ensure appropriate resource and time is allocated to every job and maximise efficiency by closely monitoring progress of every job against deadline
  • Ensure that all briefs are submitted to the required standard and clarity in advance of job start times and for each required stage
  • Ensure that all required assets are in place in advance of job start times, are fully approved and have been supplied in the required format and specification
  • Hold responsibility for checking sign-off of work as it progresses through development and amends to final output
  • Provide updates on job status to Brand & Creative Project Managers and wider business stakeholders upon request
  • Coach Creative Studio Team members, as appropriate, to ensure best practice and internal processes are adhered to
  • Minimise the need for Freelance spend by making the most effective use of internal resource
  • Actively participate in the exploration and implementation of potential AI and other technological solutions which will increase Creative Studio capacity and efficiency
