We're hiring for a senior account manager as part of the Posterscope team in London

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team as an international OOH media planner and buyer. In this pivotal role, you will manage and execute campaigns for our diverse range of clients, ensuring swift and efficient responses to all requests. Your expertise will be key in driving successful outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactivity: act promptly on client requests, ensuring no task is left unaddressed and all inquiries are handled with urgency.
  • Campaign management: oversee the entire campaign process from planning and buying to delivery, post-campaign reporting, and billing.
  • Administrative competence: accurately input all transactions into our systems and maintain organised records of campaign details and performance metrics.
  • Attention to detail: conduct thorough briefings to ensure clarity in campaign objectives and costs, relaying information accurately to clients and internal teams.
  • Financial acumen: negotiate favourable deals with suppliers, ensuring the best rates and placements while maximising client budgets.
  • Post-campaign reporting: deliver insightful reports that evaluate campaign performance, highlighting successes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Relationship building: both with our clients and international suppliers. Regular communication vital for clear briefing, negotiating favourable rates, smooth delivery of campaigns, and when necessary, problem solving.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven experience in OOH media planning and buying, with a solid understanding of the international advertising landscape.
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, especially in financial reporting and client communications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to secure advantageous deals for clients.
  • Proficient in using media planning and reporting tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
