About the role:
Yondr is looking for an International Sales Director to lead our education sales efforts across Europe and beyond. This pivotal role will be instrumental in growing Yondr's presence throughout Europe and other international markets, while also managing a small team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience in the secondary education market and have a deep understanding of emerging markets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, aggressive, creative self-starter who is excited about building a new market!
What you'll do:
- Define, lead, and execute a global growth strategy internationally
- Plan and execute comprehensive sales campaign strategy in coordination with marketing
- Manage and grow a team of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and other commercial members
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent by providing career development and performance management that sets people up for success and increases employee engagement
- Implement overall sales training strategy for your team
- Create accountability by developing optimal performance metrics, closely monitoring results, and coordinating alignment activities
- Actively engage in Yondr's international business development activities to support the team, nurture relationships, and increase market understanding
- Contribute as an active member of the global leadership team ensuring alignment with the business strategy and sharing professional knowledge
- Identify and attend key industry trade shows
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven track record leading and growing international sales within the secondary education market
- Experience selling at the ministry level in a variety of countries
- Successful experience building high-performing teams across markets
- Strong understanding of emerging education markets
- Outstanding intercultural competencies
- C2 English language proficiency (verbal and written)
Exceptional Candidates will:
- Have a Master's degree
- Be Multilingual
