Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to be flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.
The International Market Manager will cultivate great relationships with our distributors to achieve Weetabix sales goals. They will drive targeted revenue and profit growth for a selected group of International Markets leveraging a proven a track record of commercial success.

The purpose of this role is
- Prepare annual budget for GCAT
- Develop and implement annual trade promotion and marketing plan
- Oversee Trade spending to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Promotion analysis and cost price implementation in conjunction with Revenue Management
- NPD - excellent execution in the market.
Requirements
Non-negotiables
- Demonstrate financial acumen
- Be organised and self motivated with the ability to plan and execute complex activities.
- Possess excellent negotiation skills
- MS Office proficiency with intermediate excel skills
- Experience in a KAM role or equivalent commercial Role
