STADA - International Senior Dermatology Project Manager

Huddersfield |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent

We are currently searching for an experience Project/Programme Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting and is passionate about supporting new product development from the initial idea generation to launch. Working within our International Project Management team, this role will deliver assigned projects as per Stada (CHC) strategy with excellent project leadership, management, and accountability across our dermatology category with well-loved brands including: Cetraben, Flexitol, Hedrin, Ladival, Nizoral and Savlon...to name just a few!

How You Will Make an Impact

• Project/Programme Management - take ownership of our global in-licensing projects and new product developments from initial idea generation to launch (End-to-End project accountability). This will also include locally led projects with international potential, to ensure international alignment.
• Project Plans - Creation and maintenance of project plans regarding time, scope and resources and corresponding status reports accordingly.
• Relationship Management - Implement and maintain efficient, global cross-functional project teams with defined roles and responsibilities.
• Personal Development - Regular attendance at external trainings, symposia, etc. to exchange with potential partners / competitors / providers on current market and technology trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate with various stakeholders including CHC category teams globally and within affiliates (local, regional, and global).
• Process Improvement - Support of the Head of Global Project Management and wider project management team in driving process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree qualified with a background in science (preferably Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology or Chemistry).
• Excellent understanding of the CHC, dermatological, and dermocosmetic industries.
• Well-established experience in areas such as project/programme management, consulting, market research, ideation, and innovation management.
• Strong knowledge of Dermatological product development and regulatory procedures for OTC and Cosmetics.
• A highly independent and process-oriented operator, with strong analytic and solution finding skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
• A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
