International Business Development Manager

Job Description
The role will be responsible for managing new business pipelines across multiple channels and markets, using your data analysis skills to spot opportunities and inform strategic decisions. We are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, results focused and passionate about global retail, if this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you!
NB: This is a fixed Term role for 12 months. Although this role is based at our Paddington Support Office a minimum of three days a week some overseas travel will be required either within the UK or internationally.
What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Own the process to scope and prioritise strategic and growth opportunities - focussing particularly on new partners
- Own the relationship with new partners from introductions, through to handover to transformation / BAU - using networks, introductions and outreaches to build relationships
- Work alongside all operating channels (Wholesale, franchise, marketplace) to coordinate pipeline of activity in line with International Portfolio priorities
- Ensure our engagement and selling tools are relevant
- Supports in driving scalable operating models (particular focus on wholesale) including coordination with operations, legal, tech and finance to ensure successful partner onboarding

Your skills and experience will include:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and connect strategic goals to day-to-day execution and problem-solving.
- Clear, confident communicator who can engage and inspire across teams and functions.
- Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting to change in a dynamic environment.
- Able to demonstrate experience in both online and offline retail with a strong understanding of global/franchise business models particularly from a Fashion Home & Beauty perspective
