Role Overview:
Working closely with Key Account Managers, you'll focus on maintaining and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who is highly organised and thrives in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with KAMs to manage and grow accounts within your area.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities and ensure follow-up.
- Conduct Quality Calls (MSI QCs) to ensure excellent customer engagement.
- Analyse data using tools like Phocas for gap analysis and variance reporting.
- Proactively identify and act on new site opportunities.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPIs while driving business growth in core markets like infrastructure and RC Frame.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- At least one year of sales experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills (but not essential):
- Knowledge of construction fixings and tools.
- Experience using Salesforce.
