Internal Communications Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our internal communications. You will be working as part of a collaborative team to support the planning, delivery and measurement of internal communications to bring our firm's strategy and purpose to life.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Manage the delivery of all global internal communications activity including:
- Managing global channels including the weekly newsletter, webinars, videos and more
- Taking responsibility projects, campaigns and events
- Managing the internal communications calendar to ensure communications land effectively and reduce the noise for colleagues
- Writing compelling and engaging stories from across the business
- Partnering with internal departments to create and publish relevant and timely content to the intranet
- Partner with brand teams to produce engaging content that meets the communications objectives.
- Contributing to internal communications best-practice by analysing internal communications performance data and recommending improvements to the overall internal communications strategy.
Who You Are:
- Excellent writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in an internal communications team or digital communications team with an internal focus.
- Experience of producing content for multiple channels.
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Evidence of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong digital skills including SharePoint and other delivery channels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - particularly PowerPoint and Word
