Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Communications Manager.

This will be a hybrid working role, coming into our Burton office 2 days a week and regular travel to our London (Paddington) office.

Essentially, you will lead all employee communications and partner with all key functions, to deliver strategic business updates, projects and programmes across the company.

You will be experienced in providing on the most effective ways to engage employees against specific functional needs, as well as developing and delivering the internal communications strategy, content and material creation to deliver against the required objectives of each function and those of the group.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership People team, this role will sit front and centre in delivering high employee engagement.

Working with the HR Director, People Engagement Team and the Executive Team you will deliver a compelling employee engagement programme, be a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and creating internal communications alignment and develop and implement an internal communications strategy that supports the business' strategic goals and priorities.

• Significant Internal Communications experience
• Experience in creating campaigns that have driven strong employee engagement
• Experience of managing multiple, changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience of presenting and communicating effectively at all levels
• Ability to constructively challenge and share opinions to create solutions
• Builds credibility and can communicate at all levels across the business
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Strong literacy and written communication skills essential
• Previous copywriting and editorial experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Passionate about employee engagement and driving positive cultural change
• Communications, Journalism, PR or Marketing related degree (or equivalent experience)
