Are you ready to help drive a culture of 2-way communication through a revolutionary comms and engagement platform? As an Internal Communications Executive, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting journey, situated within our dynamic People & Culture team.

Your mission? To shape and deliver comprehensive internal comms plans and campaigns, with a spotlight on further embedding our comms platform to drive use and engagement. Your role extends beyond crafting messages; it involves continuous improvement and data-driven enhancements. You'll analyse communication performance, and help manage events like the monthly Town Halls.

Your responsibilities also include producing colleague spotlights and supporting the development of comms and engagement plans to expand reach and engagement. Join us in creating a lasting impact on how our business is seen and heard globally.

A field based role with the requirement to be in our Maidenhead office once a week.

Qualifications

• We're seeking a dynamic professional with several years' experience in internal comms, proficient in digital communications, and social media platforms.
• Your collaborative problem-solving skills, confidence to challenge decisions, and positive attitude will set you apart.
• If you possess excellent writing and proofreading skills, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, we invite you to apply.
