We are recruiting for an Internal Communications Executive to join our Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

The business development, marketing and communication team is integral to the setting and achievement of the firm's global client strategy, which includes guiding the partners and associates in their pursuit of becoming the clients' trusted advisers, building and maintaining long-lasting, deep institutional client relationships, winning new clients, increasing the visibility of the firm globally, and positioning the firm as the thought leader and most advanced law firm among the global elite law firms. The function works as one team across the globe with very close collaboration between the central groups, such as communications, and the professionals working in local offices.

What you will do
The Internal Communications Executive will work with the Senior Internal Communications Manager, UK and the Global Internal Communications Lead to provide internal communications support to the UK business predominantly (75% of their time) and the global business (25% of their time) to deliver a range of exciting and engaging communications content across all channels - from cyclical business updates, people communications, to inclusion initiatives and everything in between.
- Source and research stories; use generative AI for first drafts (with human review), edit, and publish across channels.
- Create and publish digital newsletters via Vuture.
- Develop content for global IC campaigns, including multimedia (videos, podcasts, animation) and events (virtual or in-person).
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact events (e.g., hybrid London town halls) to ensure engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Support Viva Engage rollout, focusing on building and engaging the London community.
- Support the delivery of change communications for the new London HQ move and activity-based working transition.
- Draft speeches and presentations for senior leaders, leveraging AI for outlines and scripts where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with global communications teams to surface relevant news.
- Monitor and share IC performance metrics, applying insights to improve results.

What you will have

- Graduate or equivalent experience/qualifications.
