Intermediary Telephony Business Development Manager

Intermediary Telephony Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and new business generation KPIs to meet with business objectives, by developing opportunities. You will be supporting the channel in developing strategies to optimise potential within the market and taking an active role in sales meetings and discussions to increase the Together reach into the market.

You will be managing existing relationships and performance and promoting the Together products and services positively both via Teams, email, telephone and sometimes face to face. Your time will be split between working from the office (c.75%) and visiting packager partners in the field (c.25%)

As an Intermediary Telephony Business Development Manager, we are looking for someone to:

  • Provide insight of all relevant geographical market conditions to inform strategy throughout the company for intermediated distribution.
  • Generate required business levels to support achieving KPIs from preferred partners. Identify opportunities, manage new/existing relationships, selling the companies products and services.
  • Develop account plans/territory plans that can be articulated to key stakeholders whilst coordinating tactical activities to maximise outputs.
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate broker performance and opportunities by applying a strong understanding and knowledge of the pertinent market and competitors.
  • Provide performance updates and reports the the channel SLT on a tmiely basis which ensure effective communication and highlight any potential business risks.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven business to business development and sales experience within the mortgage/lending industry
  • Proven understanding of the packager model and club and networks
  • Ability to develop a robust contact strategy with accounts
  • The ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good objection handling and problem solving skills
