Intermediary Sales Executive

As an Intermediary Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
  • Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the brokers and in terms of the market, helping the account managers to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Present a professional image of the company to deliver a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or a Mortgage Broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
