As our Interim UKI Finance Manager, you'll lead the UK & Ireland period-close process ensuring absolute integrity and accuracy of our reporting. You'll play a critical role in helping our operators and budget owners stay on track, informed, and empowered to make smart decisions. You'll work across multiple departments, manage a team of four, and report into our Group Director of Financial Control to continually improve how finance supports the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the period-end accounting process, from variance analysis to Board Pack commentary
• Driving accurate, insightful reporting for all budget holders
• Ensuring robust financial control and balance sheet integrity
• Overseeing IFRS16 lease accounting, aggregator contracts, music reporting, and utilities/maintenance spend
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and central salary reconciliation
• Mentoring and managing a team of 4 finance professionals
• Playing a key role in audit readiness and continuous improvement projects
What you'll need:
• Is ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Has a strong track record in multi-cost centre month-end reporting
• Brings technical expertise (ideally in JD Edwards, TM1, FCCS, and IFRS16)
• Has laser-sharp attention to detail and thrives on accuracy and integrity
• Is confident working cross-functionally and communicating with non-finance teams
• Loves solving problems and making processes more efficient
