Your role as a Corporate Reporting Manager will look across Kingfisher's full suite of corporate reporting to ensure we have a consistent approach to disclosure against our financial and non-financial corporate reporting obligations and deliver high quality and timely reports in accordance with evolving external requirements.

You'll partner with various business teams including our Banners and Group Functions such as Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, External and Internal Communications, and Responsible Business and, with several members of the Kingfisher Leadership Team. This role is a 12 month contract and we are open to full time and part time.

What's the job?

• Prepare Board and management corporate reporting updates and act as Secretary to the Board Responsible Business Committee and management Group Climate Committee.
• Lead the cross-functional working group which provides content for the Annual Report
• Manage external service providers, including for design, data provision, and logistical requirements for the distribution of the Annual Report and AGM materials
• Ensure Kingfisher has an appropriate framework in place to anticipate and meet its regulatory and other stakeholder disclosure obligations as they arise with clarity for accountability
• Oversee Kingfisher's full suite of external financial and non-financial (ESG) disclosures and ensure all regulations are met and are consistent
• Ensure timely disclosure sign off processes and publication and filing of disclosures
• Continue to develop a proactive and future-proof approach to corporate reporting - financial and non-financial
• Work closely with the Responsible Business team to assess the impact and ensure implementation of 2025/26 enhanced ESG reporting in the Annual Report subject to adoption of early Group reporting

What you'll bring

• Substantial relevant experience in a large, complex UK listed company
• Strong knowledge of UK listed company reporting obligations including those that are emerging including, but not limited to ISSB, EU CSRD and Taxonomy, and UK SDR
• Strong commercial and business awareness
• Able to work with cross functional teams as well as senior stakeholders
• Strong English language and technical communication skills.
