Salary: £51,801- £59,724 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Grade: G

12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Secondments considered)

Full Time - 37 Hours (Part Time Hours will be considered)

The Commissioning Team are looking to appoint an Integrated Project Manager to lead an integrated project across both Thurrock and Southend-on-Sea Council. You will be the lead on a project to align and embed processes with health colleagues, with the purpose of improving experiences for unpaid carers locally.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Educated to a degree level, and/ or equivalent professional qualification (i.e. PRINCE2) or relevant specific work experience.
  • A self-motivator with a passion for adult social care
  • A confident and professional individual, with the skills and drive to achieve deliverables.
  • Experienced in working for a local authority, health partner or other politically driven organisation.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinking in order to generate new ideas, alternative options and provide realistic solutions to complex situations.
  • A team player, that recognises the importance of collaborative working.
