Intelligent Industry Data Advisory Architect

The Job on Offer
We are looking for an Architect and end-end solutioner to Lead our Intelligent Industry Data solutions, you will bring a blend of consulting skills, data and insights expertise, and exceptional communications skills applied with recent and relevant experience in Industry 4.0 domain. You will be able to lead teams of talented colleagues across architecture, insights and data and domain expertise to support our Centre of Excellence for Intelligence Industry. Our team is a myriad of talented market leading consultants unified in a common advisory mindset where team-working is paramount in our most prestigious clients.

Your Role
We don’t really have a typical day or typical project at Capgemini. Our clients expect advice, proof-of-values, industrialised solutions; we work on small and very large engagements, and we work across several different sectors, including but not limited to public, consumer products, retail, manufacturing and utilities. If you aren’t on a project, you could instead be involved in undertaking business development, bids, training, working on a point-of-view, building a demo, or contributing to our blog series.

Your Profile
You will have in-depth expertise in Intelligent Industry (Industry 4.0) physical and digital transformation, covering a broad range from science, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and disposal topics. You’ll be familiar with enablers like data collaboration, cloud, 5G/EDGE, IT-OT, and IoT. A broad working knowledge of platforms and key systems such as PLM, ERP, MES, EAM, and MRO is desirable so that you can tell an integrated story across the solution landscape. 

• Advisory skillsets including consulting, influencing, communication, coaching and mentoring skills and exceptional story-telling mindset and proven trusted advisor
• A combination of Client management, Business Development and solutioning supremacy with credibility and gravitas to develop and build senior/board/CXO level client relationships whilst demonstrating strong leadership and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Cross Industry insight with recent and relevant experience, for example,  Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy Transition, Water, Environment and Government.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide clearly articulated Intelligent Industry data solutions, including,  edge-compute, data engineering, security and privacy, hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Forge excellent collaboration with related disciplines inside and outside the organisation, including engineering, cloud architecture, applications, consulting + partners and vendors across the industry and analyse, shape, and lead pursuit responses for Intelligent Industry opportunities. This will include analysing requirements, solutioning, estimating and developing winning proposals. 
• Build and maintain go to market offerings for the Intelligent Industry Data solutions which build on the core portfolio offerings and consistent the Centre of Excellence and aligned with delivery units both in the UK and globally
• Build and maintain trusted relationships both internally, with client execs, and externally with key clients
