About The Role
It's an exciting time at Inardua and following a period of growth we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our growth, continuing our B-Corp journey and in ensuring our People have the resources and facilities they need to excel in their roles on a daily basis.

You'll be based from our office in Stroud, but will support our people and operations across the World. This will be a hugely varied role, giving you exposure to all areas of a fast-growing business.

We help organisations grow, using Salesforce to deliver strategic change across Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience.As a Salesforce Partner, we deliver technology solutions built on the worlds number one CRM platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilities, Resources & People:
    • Ensuring People have the equipment they need to carry out their roles effectively
    • A keen focus on Hardware, Software and IT support for our Remote, Distributed Teams
    • Onboarding and Offboarding team members effectively and efficiently
    • Supporting the development and performance management of the Practices, people and the Company
    • Organising how we travel, whether that be pool cars, bikes or trains.
    • Organising and overseeing team events including Salesforce events, corporate events and Inardua team get togethers
    • Overseeing our requirements for workspace; now and in the future, whether that be new offices or additional Co-Working locations
  • Finance & Administration
    • Ensuring that invoices/expenses are correctly recorded in Xero (Bookkeeping)
    • Collating and recording employee expenses
    • Basic HR admin, ensuring our HR system (Bamboo) is kept up to date
    • Assisting with employee onboarding tasks
    • Other ad-hoc administration tasks as required
    • Sustainability & Impact: aligned around the B-Corp pillars of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment & Customers.
    • You'll be continuing the work that went into becoming Certified and ensuring we improve our Impact in each of these areas
    • Identifying areas for improvement, proposing actionable plans and implementing these to improve our Impact Score
    • Managing our relationship with B-Corp, ensuring we act on opportunities that our B-Corp status enables

About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • An understanding and experience of working in a small, fast-growing business
  • Experience working with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, Salesforce etc)
  • Experience with Financial & HR management (desirable using suitable software)
  • Experience of IT Asset Management and working with IT support providers
  • A knowledge/interest in Sustainability & Impact
  • A proven track record of working effectively with a wide range of geographically distributed People
  • Stakeholder management (in particular, 3rd Party suppliers and Partners) ensuring you present Inardua in the correct light
  • Able to manage a variety of projects/workloads simultaneously
  • Able to problem-solve and deliver creative solutions to problems
  • This is a varied role, and we'd welcome candidates who have varied experience
  • As this role is Hybrid, based at our HQ in Stroud, you'll need to be within commuting distance of the office
