| Salary £49,764 - £53,888 Per Annum, Pro Rata | Permanent, Full Time, 37x Hours Per Week | Early Help - North Lancashire |

Join Our Team as an Integrated Service Manager.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Service Manager to lead our dedicated teams across North Lancashire in delivering impactful Early Help services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive service plans to meet the needs of our community.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Risk Oversight: Oversee risk management processes to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Staff Development: Support and nurture our talented staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Thematic Leadership: Lead initiatives in participation and engagement, inclusion, public health, and more.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain key partnerships within the local Early Help Partnership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Leader: Proven track record in Early Help services.
  • Strategic Visionary: Expertise in strategic development and partnership building.
