Job Title: Integrated Consolidated Scheduler

Salary: £47,683 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the generation and continuous refinement of the Acquisition Programme (AP) Integrated Consolidated Schedule (ICS) ensuring its linkage to the integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Work Closely with the WPs Consolidated Schedule teams to ensure integration across the schedules and act as the Scheduling Subject Matter Expert for the other WPs to come to for advice
- Generation of high-level manager reporting information (One Pager Pro) to support programme reviews
- Work with IMS Team to ensure the ICS is reflected into the schedule at an appropriate level, ensuring linkages
- Present the ICS in the Tri-Lateral (International) forum and ensure all inputs are agreed
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of building relationships and influencing Internal Stakeholders
- The ability to negotiate within a professional environment
- Knowledge of PM&C (Planning, Monitoring and Control) policies, processes procedures and systems
Desirable:
- Professional qualification within Project Management
- MS Project/ Primavera P6 experience
