Overview
Are you a strategic thinker who sees beyond the data? Do you thrive at the intersection of audience insight, competitive intelligence, and measurable growth? If so, this is your opportunity to shape strategy for a leading global entertainment and streaming client operating across the UK and EMEA.
This role sits at the heart of Strategic Intelligence and Planning - where insight isn't an add-on, but the engine that drives smarter decisions, sharper strategy, and measurable performance.
You'll work across streaming, broadcast, and premium content brands in a fast-moving, highly competitive category. From global frameworks to local market activation, you'll ensure strategy is grounded in robust data, real audience understanding, and continuous learning.
You won't just report on performance - you'll define what great looks like.
Why This Role?
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of strategy, intelligence, and planning for a globally recognised entertainment and streaming business. You'll influence global direction while enabling local markets. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across strategy, digital, analytics, and planning. And you'll play a defining role in shaping how data translates into competitive advantage.
If you're ready to move beyond reporting and step into true strategic partnership - we want to hear from you.

- Lead campaign analysis and post-campaign assessments, presenting clear, compelling narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Integrate internal client data with wider agency tools to unlock actionable insight.
- Drive consistency, rigour, and clarity in performance reporting.
Insight, Research & Growth
- Identify knowledge gaps and commission primary quantitative and qualitative research.
- Translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations that inspire planners and clients.
- Leverage proprietary research tools and industry data sources to elevate thinking.
- Contribute to new business pitches with a strong insight and effectiveness lens.

- Experience working across EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of digital and cross-channel data ecosystems
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with multiple research tools (e.g., TGI, Telmar, Film Monitor, social listening platforms)
