Who We Are in the UK?

Spark Foundry, the Acceleration Agency.

We help brands to identify, learn and respond to opportunities faster than the competition.

We've proven our approach during the most difficult year on record. Now we're using it to provide a launchpad for their future.

Come be an accelerator with us.

How we accelerate

  • Planning: an approach that works in practice rather than theory, arming planners with the ability to create cutting edge campaigns
  • Intelligence: a suite of tools that give definitive answers to big questions, and uncovers actionable insights about real people
  • Trading: a model built on flexibility and trusted relationships, underpinned with bold guarantees

Our Commitment

We are diverse though our experience, people and the clients we look after - and we celebrate that diversity. Our people hold us accountable to our beliefs and via regular surveys and our grass roots D&I team, The Collective, and internal next generation board, Firestarters, we hold regular events and work continually towards generating ideas, initiatives and educating our people to ensure we are a diverse and inclusive agency.

As part of our dedication to create an inclusive and diverse workforce, Spark Foundry is committed to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.

Overview

Are you a strategic thinker who sees beyond the data? Do you thrive at the intersection of audience insight, competitive intelligence, and measurable growth? If so, this is your opportunity to shape strategy for a leading global entertainment and streaming client operating across the UK and EMEA.

This role sits at the heart of Strategic Intelligence and Planning - where insight isn't an add-on, but the engine that drives smarter decisions, sharper strategy, and measurable performance.

You'll work across streaming, broadcast, and premium content brands in a fast-moving, highly competitive category. From global frameworks to local market activation, you'll ensure strategy is grounded in robust data, real audience understanding, and continuous learning.

You won't just report on performance - you'll define what great looks like.

Why This Role?

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of strategy, intelligence, and planning for a globally recognised entertainment and streaming business. You'll influence global direction while enabling local markets. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across strategy, digital, analytics, and planning. And you'll play a defining role in shaping how data translates into competitive advantage.

If you're ready to move beyond reporting and step into true strategic partnership - we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Intelligence & Category Leadership

  • Lead bi-monthly global competitive reporting, identifying category trends and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to high-level thought leadership for quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver deep-dive insight projects and ad hoc analysis to inform launches and market expansions.
  • Develop biannual global trend reviews that shape strategic direction.

Global Frameworks & Market Enablement

  • Support the development and rollout of global audience and communications frameworks.
  • Ensure local market plans align with global strategy and insight direction.
  • Embed best practice in data, measurement, and test-and-learn methodologies across markets.
  • Partner with strategy, digital, and analytics teams to evolve segmentation and audience approaches.

Measurement & Effectiveness

  • Design and implement bespoke campaign measurement frameworks across EMEA.
  • Lead campaign analysis and post-campaign assessments, presenting clear, compelling narratives to senior stakeholders.
  • Integrate internal client data with wider agency tools to unlock actionable insight.
  • Drive consistency, rigour, and clarity in performance reporting.

Insight, Research & Growth

  • Identify knowledge gaps and commission primary quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations that inspire planners and clients.
  • Leverage proprietary research tools and industry data sources to elevate thinking.
  • Contribute to new business pitches with a strong insight and effectiveness lens.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

You're naturally curious. You don't just analyse numbers - you interrogate them. You connect disparate data points to build compelling stories that influence senior stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience in an insight or media measurement role within a media agency
  • Experience working across EMEA markets
  • Strong understanding of digital and cross-channel data ecosystems
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with multiple research tools (e.g., TGI, Telmar, Film Monitor, social listening platforms)
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • The ability to distil complex data into clear, strategic narratives
  • Confidence to challenge clients constructively and diplomatically
  • Experience supporting or leading new business pitches

Most importantly, you'll have the ambition to shape how insight drives growth at scale.
