Insight and Impact Manager

Position Purpose

To lead the Foundations impact work, including strategy KPIs, innovation and impact measurement and reporting. Working with programme leads, the Insight and Impact Manager will maximise the reach, engagement and impact of Foundation programmes.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Liaise with external funders, including local authorities and the Premier League Charitable Fund (PLCF) to evidence impact and reach. Co-ordinate and support with funding and reporting submissions, including for the PLCF.

Work with programme leads to seek new opportunities which support strategy KPIs and individual programme development.

Lead the management and reporting of the Foundation's KPIs and strategy, including programme development plans, logic frameworks and evaluation plans.

Ensure the impact assessment process is fully embedded and all programmes clearly demonstrate

progress towards Foundation strategic outcomes and key performance indicators.

Maximise opportunities and engagement with existing and new programme match funders.

Support CEO and programme leads with the production of internal and external impact reports, including the Foundation's Annual Report, Impact Dashboard, and Local Authority delivery statistics.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role:

Support programme leads in writing funding applications.

Evidence player engagement opportunities across the Men's 1st Team, Women's Team and Academy.

Raise income, supporter donations and partner funding through demonstrating the impact of the Foundation's work.
