About the Role:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities in the EU and APAC region. This role allows you to build a team and sales processes in collaboration with the VP of Global Inside Sales.
What You'll Do:
- Team Training & Development: Train SDR team members to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities. Train ISRs on managing inbound leads and converting those into new customers. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback in weekly 1:1 sessions to ensure continuous improvement in performance and abilities.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Plan for hiring and effectively onboarding new SDRs and ISRs to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.
- Collaboration with Demand Generation: Work closely with the Demand Generation team to provide feedback on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and campaigns, optimizing the quality and conversion rates.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes.
- Market Insights & Messaging: Provide market and regional updates to develop effective messaging strategies that convert inbound interest into a qualified pipeline.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven sales experience in the SaaS industry. Previous experience managing sales development team and quota carrying team preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities, structured, autonomous, and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly persistent in follow-up and dedicated to achieving results.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM software; experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage.
